About the Role:
Join our growing telehealth team as a Physical Therapist providing virtual consultations, assessments, and follow-up care. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality care and documentation using the Athena EMR system.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct virtual physical therapy evaluations and treatment sessions
– Develop personalized care plans and document progress in Athena EMR
– Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management
– Collaborate with referring providers and care coordinators
– Communicate with patients as needed via secure virtual platforms
– Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in Athena EMR
Qualifications:
– Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in at least one U.S. state
– Prior experience in telehealth or outpatient settings preferred
– Experience with Athena EMR preferred, but not required (training provided)
– Excellent written communication skills
– Strong patient education and communication skills
– Reliable internet and ability to work remotely
– Availability to work at least some Saturdays is required; candidates unable to work Saturdays will be de-prioritized
